Growing up in the Amazon rainforest gave Autumn the rarest of friendships – a lost jaguar she found named Hope. When a tragic event forces Autumn to leave Hope for the unknown in New York, she dreams of returning to the rainforest and her boyfriend for years. At 14 years old and accustomed to city life, Autumn discovers that her childhood village is threatened by animal traffickers and decides that she must return to the Amazon to her beloved jaguar. Anya (Emily Beth Rickards) – Autumn’s adorably clumsy biology teacher – tries unsuccessfully to dissuade her from this reckless plan. Joined by Anya, Autumn sets out on a journey to reunite with Hope and save her from those bent on destroying the rainforest and wildlife.
